We accept returns and exchanges if done within 14 days of receipt of your purchased items. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original packaging in unused and original/new condition. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return/exchange, please contact us. Unfortunately, We cannot offer free shipping on international return/exchange.
Please remove any dog hair from the item being returned. We’ll process the exchange upon receiving and examining the returned merchandise.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, We cannot offer free international or domestic shipping on exchange. If you have questions, please email info@rororiri.com.
